Description
We are seeking a motivated Human Resource professional to manage employee relations, recruitment, performance evaluation, and HR administrative processes. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and training programs
Oversee performance reviews and employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR systems and labor regulations
Highly organized with attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Nice-To-Haves
Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR, SAP)
Familiar with payroll systems and benefits management
Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM or PHR)
Prior experience in tech or startup environments
